Mein Hund frisst Gras<\/h2><p>In der Regel ist es nicht weiter schlimm wenn ein Hund ab und an etwas Gras frisst. Es kann aus Langeweile, N\u00e4hrstoffmangel, \u00dcbelkeit oder einfach zur Entspannung sein. Sollte das Grasfressen allerdings ein wirklich starkes Ausma\u00df annehmen und der Hund \u00f6fter erbrechen ist Vorsicht gefragt.<\/p><h2>Warum frisst mein Hund Gras?<\/h2><h3>1 )Grasfressen zur Entspannung<\/h3><p>Es ist durchaus m\u00f6glich, dass dein Hund Gras frisst um sich zu entspannen. Das kauen an sich und somit auch das kauen von Gras st\u00f6\u00dft bei deinem Hund Endorphine aus die dazu f\u00fchren, dass sich dein Hund gut f\u00fchlt. Somit kann es dem <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2BshSMM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Stressabbau<\/a> dienen und deinen Hund beruhigen.<\/p><h3>2) Grasfressen aufgrund\u00a0N\u00e4hrstoffmangels<\/h3><p>Tats\u00e4chlich enth\u00e4lt Gras Fols\u00e4ure auch bekannt als Vitamin B9. Dieses Vitamin ist an verschiedensten Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt. Bei tr\u00e4chtigen\/laktierenden H\u00fcndinnen kann der Bedarf f\u00fcr Fols\u00e4ure erh\u00f6ht sein, wodurch auch die Aufnahme von Gras verst\u00e4rkt sein kann.<\/p><h3>3) Grasfressen aufgrund der enthaltenen Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/h3><p>Oft kann man seinen Hund auch dabei beobachten wie er Gras zu sich nimmt wenn Morgens Tau auf dem Gras liegt. Gerade Hunde die viel schn\u00fcffeln oder laufen haben auch mal w\u00e4hrend des Spaziergangs etwas Durst oder ein trockenes Maul. Dies kann ein Grund sein warum sie Gras fressen, da dieses viel Wasser enth\u00e4lt &#8211; auch ohne den Tau darauf.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Gefahren beim Grasfressen<\/h2><p>Wirklich gef\u00e4hrlich ist das Fressen von Gras f\u00fcr den Hund nicht. 90% aller Hunde nehmen zumindest zeitweise Gras auf. Es kann aber durchaus sein, dass der Hund ein Problem hat. Dies kann zum Beispiel die vorherige Aufnahme von unverdaulichen oder scharfkantigen Gegenst\u00e4nden sein. Um diese gefahrlos zu erbrechen frisst der Hund Gras, da sich die Grashalme (wie Sauerkraut) um den Gegenstand legen und zus\u00e4tzlich das Erbrechen f\u00f6rdern.<br \/>Sollte der Hund \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig viel Gras fressen und oft erbrechen sollte nicht lange gez\u00f6gert und der Tierarzt aufgesucht werden!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Dem Hund das Grasfressen verbieten?<\/h2><p>Nein! Mit Ausnahmen.<br \/>Das Grasfressen ist in der Regel etwas ganz normales\/nat\u00fcrliches und sollte nicht unterbunden werden. Wie kann man seinem Hund auch so einen, saftigen, gr\u00fcnen, frisch duftenden Grasb\u00fcschel verwehren \ud83d\ude42 ..?<br \/>Es kann allerdings im st\u00e4dtischen Umfeld oft vorkommen, dass Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen durch Abgase oder Chemikalien belastet sind.
