Wenn du dich schonmal in einem Yogakurs vorgefunden hast, dann kennst du bestimmt den herabschauenden Hund – eine klassische Pose, wahrscheinlich sogar die <\/b>Pose.\u00a0<\/p>

Wusstest du, dass dein Pferd das auch kann?\u00a0<\/p>

F\u00fchre den Kopf deines Pferdes zwischen den Vorderbeinen vorsichtig nach unten, bis es sich beugt und schon befindet sich dein Pferd in der Downward Horse Pose.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Das ganze Spiel gibt es auch andersrum:<\/p>

Stelle dich dem Pferdekopf gegen\u00fcber auf Augenh\u00f6he deines Pferdes. Nun f\u00fchrst du zum Beispiel mit Hilfe eines Leckerlis den Kopf des Pferdes nach oben, sodass sich Hals und Nacken nach oben strecken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Den Baum als Yoga Position kennst du bestimmt auch schon. Um diese Pose mit deinem Pferd durchzuf\u00fchren, winkel ein Vorderbein Richtung Bauch an und achte dabei auf das Komfortlevel deines Pferdes! <\/p>\n

Wenn du diese Position einige Sekunden gehalten hast, stelle das Bein wieder ab und wiederhole diese \u00dcbung mit dem anderen Vorderbein.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Um die Kriegerstellung mit deinem Pferd durchzuf\u00fchren, streckst du ein Vorderbein sanft nach vorne, halte einige Sekunden und stelle das Bein wieder ab. Wiederhole den Vorgang mit dem anderen Vorderbein!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Vorderbeine sind gedehnt, jetzt geht es an die Hinterhand. Bei der Dancing Horse Pose hebst du ein Hinterbein an und f\u00fchrst es vorsichtig nach hinten, um es zu strecken. Diese \u00dcbung kannst du sowohl mit angewinkeltem, als auch mit gestrecktem Bein durchf\u00fchren. Nach einigen Sekunden legst du das Bein ab und wechselst zum anderen Hinterbein.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
