What Lifetime means
You pay once and use every Premium feature for as long as Happie exists. There is no subscription, no renewal and no price change, and every future Premium feature is included.

If you already pay for Premium
Your Happie account stays the same. You redeem Lifetime in it, and your horses and entries stay where they are. The one thing you need to do is end a running subscription yourself.
Premium through the App Store
The subscription keeps running until you cancel it. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Happie Horse and cancel. We have no technical way of doing this for you, and without cancelling you would pay twice. Apple handles the time you have already paid for.
Premium through Google Play
The subscription keeps running until you cancel it. In the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose Happie Horse and cancel. Google handles the time you have already paid for.
Premium through the Happie Shop

Buying Lifetime helps us keep building Happie
In 2016 my horse Chaos had laminitis twice in one year. I was frightened and felt helpless, with far more questions than answers. Happie grew out of that time, because I wanted other horse owners to know more, and sooner, than I did back then.
A real app costs money every month, even when nobody is looking. Your purchase pays for development, hosting and security, two weather services, scientific research and personal support.

Why we give October to autumn grazing
- Insulin dysregulation is a central risk factor.Experts now assume that most cases of laminitis are linked to too much insulin.1
- Weather alone can't tell you whether a field is safe.It is a pointer. What matters is your horse, its insulin response, how much grass it eats and how you manage turnout.

What does Lifetime cost now, and normally?
In the October offer €220 instead of €440 with the code ABGRASEN, until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 CET (22:59 UK time). ABGRASEN is German for bringing horses off the grass at the end of the grazing season, which is what our October is about. You pay once, with no subscription and no renewal.
What exactly does Lifetime mean?
You pay once and use every Premium feature for as long as Happie exists, including future Premium features and with no price change. Lifetime is tied to your account rather than to one horse, and covers as many horses as you like.
Will my horses and data stay where they are?
Yes. You redeem your Premium code in your existing Happie account, and your horses and entries stay exactly where they are.
What happens to my current subscription?
It keeps running until you cancel it yourself, in your iPhone settings for the App Store or in the Play Store for Google Play. We can't do it for you, and otherwise you would pay twice. The steps are above under Existing subscriptions.
How is the discount applied?

Yes, 7 days of Premium are free. The app itself stays free for good, with as many horses as you like.
What if Happie turns out not to suit me?
You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. And if Happie doesn't fit your day-to-day life with horses, write to David and you'll get your money back.
Does Happie replace my vet?
No. Happie helps you plan, record and prepare. Diagnosis and treatment belong with your vet. If you suspect laminitis, call your vet straight away.
